Auction Terms:
By participating in the auction, bidders and buyers are obliged to follow terms of sales as specified below.
BIDDING
All bidders must register before the auction starts. A bidder which hasn’t already got a number paddle when receiving the auction catalogue will receive a number paddle in connection with the registration on the auction day. Placed bids are binding. Myntauktioner i Sverige AB is entitled to disregard bids for any reason considered to be unreliable. Bidders unknown to the Auctioneer are kindly to give references prior to the commencement of the auction. The Auctioneer has the sole right in all decisions regarding performance of the auction. In case of identical bids or any conflicts the auctioneer has the sole right to decide if the bids shall be taken up or not. Bids by telephone can only be accepted after separate agreement.
ESTIMATED PRICES
The estimates indicated in the catalogue are given in Swedish crowns (SEK) and are to be regarded as minimum prices. Thus no lots can be sold below the level amounts indicated.
WRITTEN BIDS
Absent bidders can place written bids by letter. Myntauktioner i Sverige AB will monitor these bids for the bidder. Written bids shall be received by the Auctioneer latest Thursday March 10th 2011. Written bids should be sent to the address below:

Bids by letter or e-mail will be monitored and bid steps specified below will be followed. In the event of several bids for the same amount preferences will be given to the first bid received. Unlimited bids are not accepted.
PREMIUM
A buyers premium of 18,75% (15%+VAT) on the hammer price will be added to each object.
PAYMENT
Objects purchased shall be paid in cash or bank card at Banérgatan 17 immediately in connection to the auction. Commissioned purchases have to be paid within 10 days from the purchaser have received a payment specification. Cost for freight will be added and paid by the purchaser.
Ownership to won objects will be changed over from Myntauktioner I Sverige AB to the purchaser after full payment. In case of due payment the Auctioneer is entitled to rescind the purchase or demand payment through a debt collecting agency. Until such time as the purchase is rescind or paid a charge of penalty interest of 1 percent per month on the amount overdue.
DELIVERY
Purchased objects shall after payment be collected immediately in connection to the auction at Banérgatan 17. Objects purchased by written bids will be sent by Myntauktioner i Sverige AB to the buyer after full payment is received. Cost for freight and insurance will be charged to the buyer. Any other cost like customs charge will also be paid by the buyer. Myntauktioner i Sverige AB disclaims all such responsibilities in these matters.
LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
All objects are sold in present condition just as they are. It is incumbent on the buyer prior to the auction and by means of the buyers own examination of condition and authenticity. Lots including more than one object could have remarks which are not stated in the auction catalogue.
Information given in this catalogue serves only as a guide for the buyer in connection with examination of the objects. The Auctioneer is not liable for incorrect information was provided as a result of gross negligence. Notification of defects must be given immediately latest 10 days after the purchase.
DISPUTES
Disputes in connection to the auction shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law and the District Court of Stockholm shall be the court of first instance.

During the auction the bids will rise regarding the table specified below. Written bids will also be adjusted to these intervals.
